Rental Agreement
Each quest agrees to be personally responsible, and to
hold Fries Virginia Retreat harmless for property damage,
accidents, injury, lost or stolen items as a result of
using the retreat, facilities, and equipment.
Guests are required to notify the owner immediately of any problems at [704]-880-2555
or [704]-873-5007.
We do allow pets..
No house parties will be allowed.
No loud noise after 11:30pm.
All vehicles must be park on the left side of the
apartment.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in eviction
